Sandy Ridge is a beautiful gated community nested away between Spokane and Spokane Valley with beautiful views and plentiful wildlife. The community is situated minutes from Centennial Trail, designated as a National Recreational Trail. Established in 2008, we are now completing our final home constructions. As our community is smaller than some, we pride ourselves on feeling comfortable going to our neighbors and asking for a cup of sugar. Situated on our northern boundary is a shared community park, available for activities like birthday parties, picnics or just a game of catch with your kids.

All owners of the 70 lots in the Sandy Ridge First sub-division are members of our Homeowners Association, more commonly referred to as the HOA. Under Washington State legislation, every HOA must be represented by a Board of Directors who are also homeowners in the community.  Board members are unpaid volunteers, who strive to serve the community and receive no form of compensation or benefits.

The primary objective of the HOA Board is to work in partnership with all Sandy Ridge owners (Association members) and contractors to make our community one of the most attractive in the Spokane area.

We have established this website to provide access to information keeping owners, and prospective owners advised on news, HOA documents and records vital for our community’s success. Please remember that this website is designed and maintained by our Board of Directors on a voluntary basis. We welcome constructive suggestions to improve content or usability and appreciate your input.
