Today, our neighborhood suffered a power outage due to some maintenance work gone awry near Northwood. From that, we soon found out that our lower gate – which is equipped with a battery backup system – was malfunctioning.
Thank you to the homeowners who reached out, and to the ones who assisted in manually opening the south gate. We’re in the process of working with our gate vendor to determine why the battery backup system was not functional. We’re on it!
