Hello Sandy Ridge and Happy New Year!
We’d like to wish everyone a happy and healthy New Year as we venture into 2019. The Sandy Ridge Board of Directors is excited to continue moving forward with a number of items planned in 2019 to continue working towards a safe and secure community for everyone.
We love feedback and constructive criticism. Some of the best ideas come from the membership of our community and we get excited when homeowners reach out to us. We’ve been working hard the past year with a goal in mind: improving communication in our community. From that, we’re proud to announce a new website, quarterly community newsletter, and new ways to get ahold of the BOD.

We will continue to use Nextdoor and E-mail as well for communicating with the community. The News & Events area will be used the same as the Nextdoor Feed.
Additionally, in the homeowner portal is the 2019 – Q1 newsletter for our community. We understand this one is a bit lengthy as we want to share all the items on our mind. As time moves forward and we have everyone’s preferred communication method, we expect the length to shorten. Please fill out the last page and return it to Areté so we can get those methods updated!
