Your Board of Directors would like to thank everyone for the turnout at our last annual owners meeting. We ask for everyone’s patient over the coming weeks as we on-board a new member and work the transition between Arete and HOA Agent. Our priority remains unchanged — serving our community.
We intend on focusing our energies over the coming weeks on resolving the easement with our Northwood neighbors bordering us on Diamond Ln, streamlining our property management company’s transition and improving cohesion across the community.
