We wanted to thank everyone who attended our virtual Annual Owners meeting last Wednesday, partook in the voting and future of our community and for all the questions and participation. It was wonderful to see so many people attend and show interest.

Depending on the type of item (Budget Ratification, Traditional Vote, or CC&R/Bylaw Proposed change), the required participation and percentages change.
