4:42pm 1/25/19 Edit and Note: If you find delivery companies like Fedex, UPS, OnTrac, etc. that have difficulties getting into our community, it’s likely because they were using a homeowners code instead of the vendor code we’ve assigned them. Please ask them to contact us so we can get it straightened out! Thank you!
We have been working with the Spokesman Review as they reported that they were unable to access the community. We found they were using a homeowner code and that code was changed.
We understand this may be an inconvenience, and appreciate your patience while we worked with the vendor. This is a good thing for our community to find the issues with our gate system and ensure we have a secure community!
Paper delivery should resume properly tomorrow as we have been working with their delivery managers to get them a vendor access code.
