Update 2/10/19: We’d like to remind everyone that during snow events, we ask that ALL vehicles be removed from the sides of streets to allow for safe snow plowing. There is a chance in the coming days we will have a lot of snow and it is imperative we have everyone do this!
Additionally, please remember that parking any vehicles in designated turn-around easements such as the one at the end of Garnet, and the end of Diamond is strictly prohibited. Anyone that is found to be using these areas for parking are subject to our fine policy as it is very important we keep them cleared for emergency and other vehicles to turn around as well as road maintenance.
Every time there is a snow event, the Board alongside our current contractor determines the expected impact on how it will affect our roads. This snow event has been difficult for our roads and has turned into slick conditions across the entire community.
For this event, we have authorized Jammin to deice the entirety of our community and use their discretion on some of the more slick spots.
Additionally, we’d like to remind the community that during snow events, we request all vehicles be removed from the sides of the streets to allow for safe and high quality plowing.
We will continue to monitor our roads and snow conditions and do the best we can for our community. Please do not hesitate to reach out to the Board or Areté should there be any questions, comments or concerns.
