Update: Please see the event for more information regarding the upcoming board meeting on June 10th, 2020.
Hello Neighbors!
Please stay tuned to the website and your e-mail for upcoming BOD meeting information! We are investigating the option of using Zoom to hold our Board meeting in a couple of weeks.
As we continue to weave through the details of COVID-19 and how it affects our community, our Sandy Ridge Board wanted everyone to keep in mind the following reminders:
- Please remember to keep your personal belongings safe from potential intruders and vandals. It is important to keep your vehicles locked and garages closed when no one is around. Additionally, if anyone witnesses suspicious behavior, please report it to Crime Check @ 509-456-2233
- PET OWNERS: Please remember to be respectful of your neighbors property and do not allow your pets to use yards as a bathroom. Please only use common areas for your pets to spray, poop, or mark their territory. We have heard from several neighbors that this has been getting out of hand in damaging lawns, please be cautious and respectful of these concerns.
- Please remember that trash cans need to be stored and hidden from street view when it is not near trash pickup day.
- Please remember that you have 6 months from the time of your home purchase to landscape your front/side yards and 2 years to landscape your back yard. ALL designs must be submitted and approved by the ACC before any construction can begin. If needed, the landscaping guidelines can be found by clicking here.
- To report CC&R violations, please communicate with HOA Agent by calling them at 509-922-2494 or by e-mail at compliance@hoaagent.com
We’d also like to thank our community for continuing to stay strong through the trials and tribulations we’re currently undergoing. If anyone has any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us here.
